Free cancellation/rebooking until the day of arrival is possible under the following provisions:
- When classifying the country of origin as a risk area and related Quarantine regulations upon arrival
- With an upright travel warning for Austria/Tyrol/Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region & associated quarantine obligations after return journey
- Border closures
- Official closure of the mountain railways and infrastructure companies
- Official closure of accommodation establishments
Cancellation Conditions:
- Up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
- Within 3 month before arrival: 40% cancellation fee
- 1 month before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
- One week before arrival 90% cancellation fee
