Our reception is open daily from 8 am till 8 pm. If the opening hours change please check the notice board.
Our hotel entrance locks at 8 pm – please don’t forget your keycard if its going to be later!

The sauna is for geusts above the age of 12 and is open daily from 4 pm till 8 pm – Naked Area.
The boulder hall and the youth room are open daily from 8 am till 10 pm.

10 am – We ask that you clear your room by 10 am on depature day.
Our breakfast buffet is open from 7:30 am till 10 am.
Extra charge for adults € 17 per day | children from 3 – 5 years: € 5 per day | children from 6 years: € 12 per day. Please contact us at the reception in advance.

In Summer we offer (for a small extra charge) a pack your own lunch, you can choose from the selection at the breakfast buffet and design your own lunch. So you can stat your day as soon as you walk out the door!
For each room or apartment is a lockable box for your ski boots and skis in our spacious Ski room in ‘Sportcenter Bacher’ – Hotel Alpenjuwel
(at the lift station).
You will receive your ski pass for the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area directly in our Hotel.

Our fitness center is open daily from 8 am till 10 pm in Hotel Alpenjuwel (at the lift station), guests from Alpenjuwel Residenz are also permitted to use these facilities.
Pets are allowed in our hotel. For your pet we will charge € 25 per day and pet.
